Since 2003 BW Designs (DBA Throttle Threads) has been supplying dealers with high quality uniforms. Over the past 13 years we have had the pleasure of working with many OEMs, Aftermarket Parts Manufacturers and Distributors as well as the dealers. As we introduce a new expanded line of uniforms for the dealers, we have also refined a way to make sure that both parties benefit from the opportunity of having important industry logos on the dealer's uniforms.

As we mention in our IP statement, we respect your intellectual property rights as we also want to satisfy the request of the dealer in wanting to properly represent the authorized brands that they sell. As you will be able to see by submitting your information below, we have now created a better way of protecting your rights as well as offering you a way to reduce the dealerships cost on a uniform by advertising your logo in what you may call a sponsor or co-op. We know that this will be a win-win for both you and the dealers.

By filling out the information below, you will have the opportunity to review the following.

1  A royalty free agreement on offering your logos as embroidered emblems that we can offer a dealership to have on their uniform that we manufacture for them. This will reduce the overall cost of the logoed emblems to the dealers.

2  A paid royalty agreement on offering your logos as embroidered emblems that we can offer a dealership to have on their uniform that we manufacture for them. This will increase the overall cost of the logoed emblems to the dealers.

3  A sponsor/co-op advertising agreement on offering your logos as embroidered emblems that we can offer a dealership to have on their uniform that we manufacture for them. This method will allow the dealership to reduce the cost of a uniform by using your logo.

QUALIFICATION: Throttle Threads® (by BW Designs LLC) has been making high quality uniforms for dealers world-wide since 2003.

SOLUTION: You sponsor by purchasing your logo from us that we make in advance and store in our uniform production facility for when the dealerships choose your sponsored logo to be on their uniform that we make for them.

3. THE DEALER CUSTOM MAKES THEIR UNIFORM ON OUR WEBSITE: When the dealer logs in for the first time; they choose their industry and which OEM brands their dealership is officially allowed to sell. For Aftermarket Parts and Wholesalers; BWD assumes they have the option of selling these brands in which they MAY decide to represent on their uniform. The OEM, Aftermarket Parts and Wholesaler brands are displayed on our website as shown below.
   
   EXAMPLE: The $2 per sponsored logo (maximum 11 logos per shirt) are chosen when the dealership is building a uniform on our website. If the dealer chooses 8 logos at $2 each that equals $16/uniform- over a 30% reduction in the total uniform cost.
